With over 20 years professional care experience and non-professional care experience within the management team we are able to provide bespoke in depth care and support to children, young people and adults with additional needs. We provide direct staff to work with individuals giving each client opportunity to choose their team and design their package of support. We specialise in Autism, Epilepsy, Learning Disabilities and Physical Disabilities. We support individuals within their own home, out in the community or to access education facilities.
We are a fun friendly family run business. The management team are committed to ensuring the best quality care and to continue to develop and improve practice and learning.

Re-decorate lounge, including new wooden floor.
This is the latest of many times I’ve used Andy and his team. They are entirely trustworthy, do a great job and its fun bouncing ideas around about what needs doing and how to do it. The lounge looks wonderful. Once the floor was finished, we realised there was a little extra wood left over, so we used that to replace the carpets in our downstairs loo and en suite bathroom. The bathroom looks brand new as a result, despite it being about 20 years since it was done fully.

New bathroom fitted. Kitchen/lounge knocked through and new kitchen fitted plus wooden floor sanded and re-varnished and several additional features like cupboards, shelving, coving, skirting, lighting added
Andy was honest throughout about timings, costs and feasibility of any work we suggested. He clearly takes huge pride in his work so was never willing to compromise on quality. Nevertheless, he accommodated several additions we requested including some tricky recessed bathroom shelving which we absolutely love. Andy, Peter and Zibby are hardworking, polite, friendly, and considerate and have done many brilliant things including lowering our bathroom ceiling, building in a beautifully fitted cupboard and shelves, smoothing a very uneven lounge ceiling and some very neat and complicated tiling.

Lighting, hallway refurbishment, floor renovation and decorating
This is not the first time that I have used Andrew and his team. After 10 years living in out apartment things were looking tired and needed to be refurbished. We had used Andrew before when we had previous works to our kitchen and bathrooms and the quality of the works was excellent. I was fed up with lots of halogen lights needing to be replaced so we went with LED lighting. We had the walls painted and refreshed and it is all now an excellent standard for the budget agreed and we couldn’t be happier, and everything was left very tidy which was great after day 1 as I have two small children.

Kitchen and Bathroom refurbishment
Our project involved a complete refurbishment of our kitchen and bathroom. One major aspect was hollowing out a large chimney and replacing it with an in-built oven The house is Victorian but Andy, Zibby and Peter did a fantastic job smoothing over the bumpy brick work and working around old pipes and wires. The boys are hardworking, polite and friendly and the work was delivered to a high standard. We had a few minor changes along the way and Andy was amenable and helpful. There are no blurred lines which Andy. He’s upfront and honest! Highly recommended and I love my new home!

Total Bathroom refurbish
When I did my research, I wanted to know: Will they do a top-quality job? Will they be easy to deal with? Will they turn up on time, clean up every day, and charge what we agreed? Will they fix anything if I’m not 100% happy, without a fuss? Andrew did all of the above and then some. He’s such a decent guy and helpful, but never forces his ideas on you. Long story short, he’s the safe pair of hands you’re looking for – you’ll get an amazing bathroom (a friend said ours looks like something from a magazine) and no hassle whatsoever. Save yourself a ton of time – get Andrew in!

New bathroom fitted
I can recommend Andrew. Not only did he do an excellent job fitting the bathroom but his service leading up to the fitting was exemplary. It’s the first time that I’ve undertaken a project like this and I felt completely at ease with Andrew. He quickly understood what I wanted, was able to apply his expert recommendation and provide a visual representation of what he recommended, but also gave me enough freedom to add my own personal touches (with his guidance on the products I needed and pitfalls to avoid). I have recommended him to friends and will call him again in the future.
